Weight loss is something that must be done gradually, because when pushed to the extreme, the body has its own sweet ways of hitting back with more force. When you go on a sudden diet and stop eating food, the balance that your body maintains in its bile salts will be affected. Your cholesterol levels will also be affected due to this sudden shift. Hair loss is yet another side effect that occurs during weight loss. When you go on a diet, the protein content in your food is bound to come down, and this will cause hair loss. People who take diet pills are prone to heart palpitations and fluctuations in the heart rate.

Thanks Nishthha, I fell body always resist the loss of fat, because fat is a stored form of energy and that's the main reason which I feel " Why the weight loss is very difficult". But since, excess of fat can lead to obesity which is considered as a step to various other health related problems, we need to get rid of it. After all health is wealth.

    Hey Olivia,
Body always restricts the fat burning process and thats the result that we find weight loss is much more difficult. Body would start burning fat only after a 20 min of exercises. So, its of less use to do only 20 min of workout in a day as body starts burning fat after this 20 min.
