    Losing belly fat is not a joke and it is one of the most difficult place to get rid of fat. If you want to lose your belly fat then you must lose fat all over the body. Exercising is the best way to burn fat and it will take around three to four months to lose substantial amount of fat. Make sure that you eat foods that contain low amounts of fat as well. Saturated fat is very difficult to remove and it can lead to heart problems as well. Cardio exercises are the best option to lose weight.

    * Doing crunches won't help you - thumb rule...
    * Just do cardio for 30-60 mins a day in empty stomach..
    * Eat within 2000kcal aday
    * Dont eat after 7-8 PM in night
    * Dont eat fatty things like butter, cheese..
    * Do some resistance trainig...
    * Consistency is the key...


    you will see result in 1-2 months

    Thanks for sharing ur tips, Include this points also, Drink alots of fluids(water, fresh lemon juices, soups, buttermilk, tender coconut water, veg juices) in ur diet which helps to removes the toxin from ur body.
