Some of tips : 1.Eat a balanced diet with plenty of high-fiber foods, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and nuts. Reduce consumption of high-calorie, refined foods, fizzy drinks , caffeine content drink.s
2.Choose fat-free or low-fat dairy products like skimmed milk, low fat curd, buttermilk, panner.
3.Replace saturated and trans fats with unsaturated fats from plant and fish oils.Fat should 15 gm per day.
4.Restrict your salt intake(2-3gm per day ).
5. Limit the consumption of foods high in saturated fats and cholesterol, such as red meat, shellfish, and egg yolks but fish is good source of omega 3 & 6 eat for twice a week.
6.Exercise regularly (at least 30 minutes a day & 5 -6 days a week) to maintain weight.
7. Drink water at-least 8-12 glass or 3 liter of water per day.
