    Hi Rahul,

you have mentioned everything.. but nothing about execise. are you exercising ?? basically the last few kgs can be lost only with he help of rigorous exercise . combination with diet. if you say you are on the right diet, then i would advice you o start with exercises , jogging is the best way to lose the last few kgs.
    t
moreover rahul , i ersonally feel that 65 is not at all bad for your height, see gals need to luk skinny and slim , but this structure doesnt really suit a guy. please consider going to gym and getting some traing to luk muscular and not skinny and weak ...

yes payal, i mentioned that i go for jogging everyday (in the last paragraph)

    Also do workouts, aerobics, stretching.
also, my body frame is not thin, its medium...
plus, i was in taekwondo some years back, i have lean muscles.
but my tummy and thighs are a bit heavy, which i wanna lose

oh sorry , i think i over read that line ...

well if thts the case than you ll have to change your sport ... do you have a small hill close by to your place ? climbing up hill is the best exercise if you wantt o lose on hips and thighs .... it will not only help you lose weight but also trim you down from the concerned areas. besides this you can try switching to lawn tennis or swimming too.
diet wise change your timings and pattern.. if you were eating a 1200 calorie diet, you need to cut down further and come to 1000 - 1100 calories. a more detailed help in diet is possible if you let me knw the proper routine.

    okay
i basically follow the following pattern (with little bit here and there)
    9:00-9:30 Breakfast
    11:00-12:00 Mid morning-Fruits/Soup
    13:00-14:00 Lunch
    16:30-17:30 Evening- 1 cup green tea/lemon tea/tea+2 nutri choice
    biscuit/moong jor/chana jor/bhuna chana
    18:00- 18:30 30 Minutes walk/exercise/workout
    19:00 Dinner
    21:00 Post dinner-fruits

    my breakfast consists of :-
Veg sandwich, oats, muesli, besan chilla, sprouts,poha/chiwra, dalia, milk + fruits

lunch- sometimes bran rotis+vegetables+curd+salads, sometimes poha, paneer sandwich, besan chilla, occasionally pulao (once or twice a month), soya roti

dinner- items from breakfast, lunch, dhokla, muesli, daila, nutreela, paneer bhurji,

i take high protein diets (every 7-10 days)...yellow moong dal chilla, green moong dal chilla (to replace the lost fat with muscle mass)
and once a week, salt-free lunch and dinner (i know sodium holds water in body),this is for water-retention, also good for blood pressure problems

many more things are there like milk+fruits, roasted chicken and lots more....and i use alot of permutations & combinations
my diet plan is flexible..(it was actually made by dietitian)

also, i drink 10-12 glasses water daily
    Please suggest some changes....

ok .. the diet you have mentioned is planned appropriately. but now because we want to lose the last few kgs we need to experiment a little bit ... so how about changing the cosistency ? i mean wht we can do is go on a liquid to semisolid diet ... have fruit juices and soups anld butter milk and coconut water and thin dal in good quantity ..... for add on at lunch and dinner , have chilka wali mung dal ki khichadi (semi solid consistency) with curd or kadhi, thin upama, oats and milk , fruits and salads .. you can have churmura / murmura with cucumber, tomato and home made green chutney (bhel form, but without namkeen ) whenever hungry .. try this for 4-5 days and see how it goes ...

    no problem,

early morning - glass of warm water and lemon.

breakfast - oats and milk plus fruits.. (give more stress on fruits ... and less of oats and milk)

Mid morning - coconut water / green tea

    lunch - salads + buttermilk
after 15 min - mung dal khichadi a little watery + kadhi

mid meal - fruit juice / buttermilk / coconut water / green tea

mid eve - fruits , possibly melons

dinner - only fruits (unlimited) and milk / salads(use veggies ,sprouts) + vegetable soups (unlimited) / if not very hungry just drink thin mung dal with lemon (upto 2 1/2 soup bowls with salads)

late night - warm water + lemon.

(you can switch your lunch / breakfast and dinner as you want, anduse more options like thin upama / idli and sambar... and the murmura can be eaten anytime when hungry ... so you dont compromise on hunger but stick to these foods to break your routine )

you can make buttermilk at home , use 3 tablespoon of curd and add corriender, salt , pepper to taste.

and by dal i mean mung ki dal which is cooked in the regular way but a little thin like soup ...

but nowadays, no matter how much i eat, what i eat...i pass very less stool.
all other body functions are normal, no constipation, no hunger.

    hey rahul ..

so far the diet is going good .. i hope you see some gud results at the end of this week ...

abt the other problem ... dont worry about it . the quantity is of no importance.. you clear your bowels daily and dont feel constipated is the main reason y you shouldnt worry abt it. so chilll and relax and stop thinking about it !!! :)
