    You have to make proper plan to reduce your weight month after month. Some of the important steps to reduce your weight are:
    1. Reduce the intake of calorie
    2. You should workout daily as this will burn your calories. You should perform cardio and weight workouts. Your concentration should be on the workouts that will help you to lose many ponds in a month.
    3. You should take 5-6 meals in a day as it will help you to raise your metabolism.
    4. You should eat lots of fiber as it will increase your metabolism and make you healthy.
    5. You should drink lots of water.
    6. Exercise is must for reducing weight.

    It is simple , you should follow same tips regularly, portion control , maintain the same time, etc.

    * Have Small Regular meals. Dont give a gap of 2 or more hrs between your meals.
    * Add fruits and salads to your diet. They are not only good source of Vitamins and Antioxidants, but are also a good source of Fibre that is required for bowel movements and Digestion.
    * Add Beans, Ridge gourd and Bottle gourd to your diet. They are an excellent source of fibre.
    * Eat Apple and Guava regularly.
    * Always watch 'what and how much' you are eating. You are the best guide to yourself.
    * Exercise regularly. Even a small walk after dinner makes a huge difference. It is also important to change the exercises that you do regularly.
    * Lastly, Cut down eating refined foods- Processed foods, Maida based products, synthetic based supplements and confectioneries. Let your diet be as Natural as it can.
