How do crash diets enable you to lose weight in less than a week?

    Crash diets are definitely not the way to lose weight. Just think about it - you spend years and years without much physical exercise and suddenly, out of the blue, you take up jogging, aerobics and put every form of pressure in your body, along with a stingy diet. Obviously, your body will find it hard to cope with the sudden changes and resist. This is why people are normally advised against taking up crash diets. They don't work for a large number of people, and they deprive the body off all types of nutrients and other forms of vitamins, minerals.

    Hi Adam,
    There is no way out to reach your goal in a week . Dont go for any crash diet. It would leave your body with lack of proper nutrients. Better to opt for some healthy options like exercising ,healthy diet and life style modifications.
