Of course not! Losing weight in two weeks is impossible. My daughter had this idea that she could crash diet for two weeks and lose weight. In turned out that crash do more harm than good and she ended up falling sick. Please do not believe any who says that you can lose weight in such a short time. They are probably trying to con you. By the time my daughter realised it was too late. Now she is opting for a normal diet and she is begnning to see good results. Losing weight takes a lot of time and you need to be patient with the process.

Hey Nidhi...... Loosing weight in 2 weeks is really unhealthy. Better you go from some healthier options like regular exercises and healthy diet.
    1. Never skip a healthy breakfast. Breakfast is a very important meal of a day.
    2. Avoid any junk food and oily food. Better opt for some healthy low calories diet.
    3. Have 5-6 mini meals in a day. This would help you to boost your metabolism.
    4. Avoid any heavy and late dinners.
    5. Include some aerobic exercises for 45 min in a day.
Try to follow these simple tips to start with healthy weight loss.
