    Losing weight needs good determination and control over yourself. If you want to lose weight within two weeks you have to make some changes in your diet and follow a proper exercise routine.
    Diet- have salads with your meals and try avoiding late dinners. Dinner should be very light and contain only salad, soups and fruits. Try to break up your meals and have six small meals at regular intervals.
    Some of the exercise that you can follow are cycling, walking and running. You can also try for some crunches and abs exercises which will help you to reduce your stomach level.

    In 2 weeks you can lose 1-1.5kg more than that is not good weight loss. As nidhi given good tips. In addition, drink plenty of water in a day. sleep well atleast for 7-8hrs in a day.
