hello there! i am 21 years old and am 5 feet 9.5 inch tall. i weigh around 98 kgs. it is pretty difficult for me to excercise for a long time as i don have the stamina. please help me out with a proper excercise and diet routine. thanks!
Exercise is good for health, but it is not necessary to do a lot of exercise. A 30 minutes of jogging/brisk-walking everyday would be good. You need to build your stamina gradually. You can walk in between the small runs.
Another thing you can do it to follow a healthy balanced diet, low in calories. Never go for a crash diet. I am talking about a diet which doesn't make you feel hungry and makes you lose weight as well.
LifeMojo has a panel of expert dieticians. Since you are an existing LifeMojo user, I can arrange a FREE one time diet consultation for you. Just call our customer care at +91-9008999189 and mention your email Id.
What kind of exercise you are talking about? I can help you in running/jogging if you want. On a separate note, make your breakfast 50% of you daily total calorie intake. Make your lunch 30% and your dinner only 20%. Divide your food like that. It will help you a lot in reducing weight. Dinner plays a very important role in weight reduction.

Hi Bharghav, Why dont you do cardio training exercises slowly increasing 5 min at the end of each week? Cardio training exercises would help to improve your stamina along with burning calories. Cardio activities are like brisk walking, skipping, swimming, etc. Star with only 20 min on first day.
