Yes, there are special exercise routines that can help you in getting rid of belly fat. You have to strike a fine balance between a good diet and a proper routine in order to remove some fat off your belly. You can try aerobic exercises as these are very effective, and you can also try crunches and sit ups that focus on your abdomen. Intense exercises can help in burning fat. As far as your diet goes, include good sources of fat, go for whole grains and reduce the amount of calories. Exercises like Russian twists, belly rubs and leg lifting can help.

Sorry to say, but there is no specific exercises to lose belly fat. You need to work on reducing the total body fat content so as to lose belly fat. Focus on aerobic exercises, proper low cal diet and healthy lifestyle.

Hey Lizzy..... I agree with Ravish. You need to first reduce down your body fat percentage so as to rip off the fat from tummy. Once fat is at its least level at tummy part, then we can add some resistance training exercise for tummy to tone your tummy muscles and get a desired firm look for your tummy. And ofcourse, avoid all oily, junk foods. This type of exercise plan would help you to reach your goal.
