@vinay-I agree with shikha..5 kgs in 2 weeks is little unhealthy..normaly the target should be 2-4 kgs in a month..which is healthier as well as u ll be able to maintain it properly..for that u should keep a good watch on your diet as well as exercise.You should take a balance diet and timely meals along with 45 min. of exercise..this will help you in losing your weight in better way..

hi vinay, i agree with priyanka,concentrate more on healtier way to loose.you need to do exercises more aerobics than anaerobic.It ll give you good results.
