loose weight

im 14 years old i m 59kg and i am tall 150cm.i m not confident with my weight and onestly i don t care about what i should not do.i want to get slim by summer therefore i want to loose 11kg in 15 weeks.what should i eat and do please?

    Hi Selina,
    Normally any teens below age 18 years are not prescribed to do any exercises. As this is the phase to grow up. Why dont you indulge in some sports activities like volley ball, basket ball, etc. Any outdoor sports played for an hour or so have an effect of calorie burning and at a same time you would enjoy such things too.

    In a month you can lose 2-4 kg - it is a healthy weight loss. Healthy weight loss can do by combination of balanced diet & exercise, life style modification.

    In 14yr old is age to enjoy ur diet, life but maintain ur limits & enjoy.

    Diet modification : Include more fibers foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, etc. Avoid deep fried foods, junk foods, etc.

    Treat ur self weekly once but maintain ur qty.

    Eat 4-5 small meals with healthy snacks.

    Exercise : go for any sports like tennis, volley ball, thrown ball, basket ball for 1 hr daily.

    Avoid coffee, tea- try drink skimmed milk.

    By taking healthy foods, vegetables, fruits, whole grains which improves brain & gives good concentration to ur studies.
