Join my gym and ill instruct you. :) Not but seriously stomach fat is very difficult to get rid of. If you want to burn the fat in your stomach then you have to do two things. One is to eat right and the other is to gym right. I keep telling my clients that cardio is very important and you will burn a lot of fat with cardio. Any type of cardio is ok and this includes swimming, running, rowing or cycling. Preferably a little of each is ideal. One hour of daily cardio ought to you back into shape.

    Hi Swati,
Tummy fat reduction is hard to reduce. You need to have a proper combination of exercises and healthy diet. Any flat tummy workout dosent only include tummy resistance exercises but it should also include some cardio training exercises to normalize your body fat percentage. Once your body fat percentage is in normal level we can work on toning your tummy muscles by doing weight training exercises. Weight training exercises are like crunches, reverse crunches, heel touch, oblique crunches, abbs cycling etc. We need to do these exercises for 30 min in a day for better results.
