y don you start cycling... mainly for your hips and thighs... few stretching exercises will also help..

Hi Rahul, If your goal is just to loose fat from thighs and hips, you need to do concern area exercises like mat exercises e.g. Side leg raises, hip blaster etc. in standying you can do thigh rotations , lunges, squats etc. These exercises will burn fat and make your thighs and hips firm. Climbing stair is one of excellent cardio exercise for lower body. Do at-least for 20-30mins daily in the morning. As bhavini given some of useful tips.
