    Stomach crunches, stomach crunches and more stomach crunches.  Sounds horrible right, well it is. Do you know how all the top football stars have rock hard bellies? Yes, you guessed it, the answer is stomach crunches.  It is definitely not easy and the first few days will be terribly difficult. But believe me this is the best way to lose fat from the stomach. Start off with around 50 crunches a day and slowly increase it to around 100. In a couple of months your stomach will look like a Spartan warrior's stomach.  I am not kidding.

    I don't agree with Mansi, ab crunches will help you to tone and strengthen your abs. If your goal is to loose belly fat then aerobic exercises are the solution. Isolated exercises like abs crunches, which claims spot reduction is completely irrational and make no sense. Aerobic exercises burns sustains longer and more calories thus, reduces total body fat content thereby belly fat.
