Looking forward to loose 25 KG by year end 2011!

I'm planning to reduce around 25 KG of weight by this year end that also includes inch loss (6 Inches).

I also calculated my daily Calories consumption on Lifemojo and it reasonably between the limit of 1200 Calories.

Whole day Beverages - 2 Tea, 2 Coffee and One Green Tea (Without Sugar).

Breakfast - Chawanprash, 100 ML Skimmed Milk, Oat Meal and Seasonal Fruits

Lunch - 2 Plain Roti + Green Vegetables+ Salad+Boiled Ground nuts

Snacks - :) As it served in office

Night - Mostly Two Roti + Dal and 200 ML Skimmed Milk

(Weekly twice/Thrice - Fish/Chicken).

I have completely desk job that require me to stay awake almost twice a week till 3:00 AM "Money Honey :)".

I can say my self active as at least I walk everyday around 1.15 hours (Trying to keep this in my perfect routine from Dec,10 (Min. 5 days in a week that also includes uphill walk of around 10 Mints.).

I've a family history of diabetes, so wanted to avoid this completely and live a very active life.

Looking forward for suggestions to achieve my GOAL.

Thank you guys for patience to read this and your responses.

Hey Ajay.. nice to see your post and the amount of planning you've put in. This shows your effort that you are going to add in this plan and hope you really achieve your goal. Keep your goals and this above chart in front of you all the time to keep yourself motivated and it will remind you of your goals all the time. Start visualizing your success, it will help you be positive and happy already even before you begin with your weight loss program. It is combination of both balanced and healthy diet and exercise. Keep up the good work you are doing. All the Best!! I am sure you will achieve your goals. :)

    Hi ajay

Yes, Include mid morning healthy snack like fruits or veg juice to maintain your metabolism. Drink plenty of water in a day. Non-veg have it in steamed or grilled or boiled or curry form. Eat only egg white. Drink warm water with lemon (without any sweet) in the morning & after every meals. Do some exercise for 45-60 mins.

Thanks Guys, Happy to say that I'm able to stick to my routines (Exercise and Diet) and shed off above 2 Kgs in on month of time. With my diet and exercise I'm expecting to loose minimum of 3 Kgs / month. Planning to get my thyroid checked as heard it will slow down overall weight loss process.

However, the great part is with my exercise routine and diet control I feel my self more active through out a day and not forgot to add my wify does not complain for my snoooooooreeeee.

Good news to share with everyone, I have done some variation with my exercise and along with my daily walk (5 days) of 1.30 hours added another hour for workout after office 20 Mints Treadmill, 10 Mints Cycling and 30 Mints Cross Trainer (5 days). Result exceptional good and managed to lose around 8 Kg in three months of time.....keeping this continue. Thank you Lifemojo.

Excellent !!! keep posting a good news each time you login.. we will be really glad to help in any query you have... The variation seems to have brought an element of fun too in a way I guess... If not then put on some fast track music while you exercise to give you a boost and plus you will enjoy what you are doing too.... Great job Ajay! Take care :)
