    Cadio activities are the best activity for weight loss. Cardio activities includes Running ,Brisk Walk, Jogging, Swimming, Skipping, etc. Do these exercises atleast for 40 min 5/week so as to get better results. These types of exercises will help to reduce fat from the body and help reducing weight. But cardio exercises alone wont help to tone up the body instead we need to also include some resistance training exercises like Crunches, Reverse crunches, Heel touch, Rowing, Konasana, Lunges, Squats ,etc. We need to do these exercises atleast for 20 min 3/week .These exercises will help reducing the fat and tone up the muscles so as to give a good shape to our body.

    Hi Eva,
    I agree with Anuja. Cardio exercises works best for the peoples who just want to target weight loss. But studies has shown that doing only cardio for more than 45 min would lead to muscle burn so its better that we also include some amount of weight training exercises too. This type of exercises plan would help to burn calories and at a same time it would tone your muscles.

    Climbing stairs is one best exercise to burn the fat & helps to reduce the weight.
