Coconut water is naturally low in carbohydrates, fat free & low in calories. It helps to maintain the temp. If you drink daily in the morning â it helps to remove the toxin from the body & keeps ur clean & acne free.
Coconut water helps replenish the fluids and minerals lost by body, when it indulges in a rigorous physical activity. Incase of urinary problem drinking coconut water would prove to be quite beneficial.
