Is it good to drink "coconut water"?

Will this pose the risk of accumulating fat because of the carbohydrates present in it.

    Nothing will happen to drink coconut water. Coconut water has many benefits-
    * It is helpful in replacing the fluids and minerals that body looses during physical activities.
    * Coconut water helps to break up the kidney stones and helps to push them out if consumed daily.
    * It helps to clear the intestinal worms.
    * Keeps away the urinary problems.

    Coconut water is naturally low in carbohydrates, fat free & low in calories. It helps to maintain the temp. If you drink daily in the morning – it helps to remove the toxin from the body & keeps ur clean & acne free.

    Coconut water helps replenish the fluids and minerals lost by body, when it indulges in a rigorous physical activity. Incase of urinary problem drinking coconut water would prove to be quite beneficial.
