    Hi

Yes, exercise or physical activity plays important role in our life. Diet alone is not effective for weight loss. Regular exercise in the morning or in a day for 45mins gives many health benefits such as improves metabolism, circulation, relax ur mind, gives good sleep, reduces the cholesterol in the blood, maintain glucose level in the blood, etc. You can make a habit walk for certain distance instead of going bye bus or auto. You can climb the steps instead of going by elevator, walk after every meal.
