    Yes cycling is very good for weight loss as it helps to burn lot of calories depending upon the speed and track on which you are cycling,and also helpful in reducing the lower body fat as cyclic involves the proper movement of lower body.If you will combine cyclic with a healthy and balanced diet you will get a very good result.

    I agree, cycling is a non weight bearing cardio training exercise for weight loss.

    No doubt , cycling is very good for weight loss. Cycling is very simple & more effective, enjoyable exercise that will gives you many benefits. Cycling is not only good for health it also good for heart. Cycling help you to increase blood supply to the heart & to body. It is also increase the heart rate. Hence it reduces the risk of the heart disease. Cycling help you to burn the calories fast hence it is very good for weight loss.
