    Majority of individuals involved in exercise routine or fitness program aims at losing weight. Aerobic exercises which is also known as cardio exercises are characterized by low intensity and high repetition. These exercises can vary from low impact to high impact depending on the amount of stress imposed by the exercises on the weight bearing joints (hip, knee, ankle etc.). since these activities are prolonged and sustained the amount of calories burned is more and thus aids in weight loss. Cardio can be the one of the best way to lose weight and improve cardiovascular functioning. Activities like jogging, running, skiing, elliptical, cycling, rowing etc. can be a good cardio workout to lose weight.

    Cardio is the most effective exercises to achieve ones weight loss. Cardio activities includes exercises like jogging, running, brisk walking, skipping, swimming, etc. These all activities helps to elevate body heart rate so as to burn calories.

    No doubt, Cardio exercise is one of the best & effective exercise for health & weight loss. It include running, boxing, swimming, brisk walk, jogging, rope jumping, etc. These types are more effective & helps to burn the fat very fast.
