How fat are you? Can you believe I lost ten kilos in four months? Are you wondering how? It is ok to be fat, don't worry you will be able to lose weight quickly if you follow these simple instructions. I joined a gym about four months ago. And the first thing that the instructor told me was that if I wanted to lose weight then I needed to control my mind. I gave up eating chocolates and cakes and everything else I love. Sounds like a fairy tale right, well it's not. I did it and so can you. All you need is some focus and dedication.

    Hi Smith,
You need to follow a simple basic to achieve your goal. Weight management depends upon the energy balance equation; the amount of energy you put into your body (food calories) versus the amount of energy you expend (activity). If we gain more by more energy intake and dissipate less energy we are bound to gain weight and store this excess amount of gain in the form of fat in our body and vise versa.
So the simple law to weigh loss is ” to dissipate or loose more energy you put into your body (food calories) than what we gain”.
