I want to loss weight

I am 29 years old. my weight is 113. I feel I am very fat. Please help me

    Hi Rasha here are some tips given below which will help you to lose weight-
    * Eat a healthy and balance diet. Drink 2-3 liters of water per day.
    * Eat slowly.Learn to savor your food.
    * Regular meals are very important . Do not skip any of your meal as it slowers your metabolism.
    * Big isn't necessary when it comes to portion sizes.Smaller meals eaten through out the day are better than the large meals.
    * Neither stuff nor starve.
    * Eat slowly allowing your stomach to signal when it 's had enough.
    * Eat more during the day and less during night to compensate for the drop in metabolism.
    * Fat free is not necessarily healthy.It will still get stored as fat if you over eat.
    * Exercise is very important part of weight loss . So take out at least 45 minutes for you daily work out.

    Weight loss has to be a combination of both right diet and regular exercise. Try not to g for crash dieting because you might end up loosing desired weight within a week or 10 days, but what you have also lost meanwhile is your mind and that charm on the face.     Hi Rasha,
    Obesity has become an universal problem and studies have confirmed that weight loss is based on calories. Your caloric intake needs to be less than your calories exerted. So act accordingly and start with regular exercises especially the aerobic exercises to burn more calories; keep a check on your diet, consume low caloric diet. Along with this live a healthy lifestyle.
