i liked the article in the life mojo site about how to lose tummy fat.i tried abdominal massage by a product called clarins,it really works miracle.i lost belly fat and my friens were thinking that i did tummy tuck,but when i left massage and came to normal eating,that fat set again,i need to be aware of the fact that fitness is a life long affair ..........lol
Hi, there is no spot reduction , I know you have heard that before , walk 40 minutes a day and believe me you will see the difference, do all sorts of wallk , pace, speed, up hill, on the spot , walking on the spot , they ALL help and of course watch what you eat !
Hi,take salads plenty during dinner.also do some moderate cardio atleast 30 min a day it can be skipping ,brisk walking or join a gym.take cereals for breakfast.drink green tea.
