I want to lose 10kg weight for my friends wedding

I want to lose 10 kgs in one month. Have to attend my best friends wedding and want to look Chic. Please help....

    Don't eat any carbs after 7 pm. Eat only salads for dinner. Evening have a light snack like brown bread S/W or Idly. Also jog for atleast half an hour in the morning and do some exercise following that. Hope my advice will be of some help. Use Lifemojo for tracking your calories intake and burnt. I follow it very religiously

    Breakfast - Oats with skimmed milk
    Lunch - Rotis with any green sabji
    Evening - Lemon water
    Night just Salad

    Follow this diet pattern for one month. I lost 5 kgs

    Hi Nidhi,

    never go for more than 4 Kg in a month. It would be unhealthy and you may lose charm on your face.

    Hi Haya,
    Go for exercises including cardio exercises for 45 min and weight training exercises for 20 min every alternate days. Cardio activities would include jogging, running, skipping, swimming, etc while weight training exercises would include lunges, squats, leg raises, push ups, pull over, etc. Cardio activities would help you to reduce your body fat percentage while weight training exercises would help to tone your body muscles and make your body more firm. Ans as Lifemojo Expert says that you should not target more than 4 kgs at the end of a month as it would be unhealthy.
