I M 97 KG, Help me to loose at least 12 KG

Hi, I m 6 nov 1979 born, and my currunt weight is 96-97 KG, trying to get rid of at least 11-12 kg by coming 06 Nov 2010.

I m working as an Accounting Manager, so all the time just sitting, no gym, swimming lessons just started a week ago and i.e., 3 times a week for one hour.

Started taking sliming Tea, twice a day along with Fish Oil Capsule, and drinking almost 10-12 glass of water every day.

Please help

    hi krishna. u told u have started swimming. swimming itself is a good exercise.continue it and increase the duration of swimming.yu told u u dont have time to go gym then try to do brisk walk in between office break etc.u have to spare time for your health.atleast 45 min /day. after all HEALTH IS WEALTH.start doing and best of luck

    Hi Krishna,

    I think we both are trying to do same thing. I am somehow leading this. Due to this I thought to share few learnings with you -

    I started my weithloss program in March. At that time I was 118 Kg. In last few months I managed to reduce it and now it is 94 Kg. I would like to let you know that all these Oils and Sliming tea never helps. You just have to get down to burn your Cal.
    First thing I did is - calculated my BMR.
    Second - tried to understand which food is having lot much Cal. and started avoiding that by replacing it with good food. (I did not reduce quantity of food I eat, however I tried to replace food)In early days I started maintaining chart of what I eat daily. This helps a lot to track.
    Third - started walking daily 4 Km. this I did for 1 and half month. Both Dite and walk helped me to reduce weight by few Kgs.
    Fourth - I joined swimming class and now doing Swimming for continious 1 hr.
    Fifth - Along with that now I started for badminton. I do play it for 30 to 45 min. daily.
    THis all helped me to reduce my weight. Please do not consider this as standard thing. please consult with experiance people and take a call.
    Believe me - we always gives excuses by saying that I am not having time, my job does not allow me to go to Gym. these are all false reasons. Main reason is - we as individual do not think that our health is most important for us.
    Do not be serious about health but be sincere towards workout.

    I was in the same situation you are in last year. In May 2009 I weighed 95 kgs and I slowly worked to lose the weight for my wedding. My wedding is in November 2009. I am 5'3'' and I weight 67.2 kgs now. I need to lose another 15 kgs by my wedding which is in 99 days (3 months).

    My weight is currently stuck so I am thinking of sticking to HIIT(high intensity interval training) and keeping active all day. I do not eat carbs after 6-6.30 in the evening and I start my day with a warm glass of water after chewing some jeera. But let me tell you... you cannot stick to the same plan and routine all the time. You need to change it on a regular basis when your body stops responding to it.

    Time is of the essence ... Good Luck!

    Hi Tariq Nazir ,

    Fish oil capsule is rich in 0mega 3 & 6, so it will help u to maintain HDL (good cholesterol). For wt reduction U have to follow diet & exercise strictly. Diet --- Have small freq meals(5 times), avoid junk,empty calorie foods, fried items,Bakery foods---Include more of raw salad , fruits , fiber foods, sprouts/water -2-3lit per day. Exercise at-least for 30 - 45min/day---walking or any exercise & yoga for 15 min daily .

    just wanted to ask u abt the way u take jeera water. is it jeera soaked overnight in water and consumed in the mornng after sieving?
    what is the use of jeera water?

    what acc. 2 u is more beneficial - lemon in warm water with a pinch of salt or jeera water?
