I have to lose 10kgs asap... how do i get started ??

Hi All,

I am 10kgs overweight and i want to start the weight loss program... At this moment in my life

I am not in the best of shape and not highly motivated.. but i want to start my way to a healthy way.

My plan is to do GM Diet once in 3 weeks and do 1hr walk daily.

Please advice if anyother way is there to KICK START MY WEIGHT LOSS REGIME.

    Hi Shaz,

    * Drinking water with lemon speed up weight loss because it eliminates the toxins , clean internal waste,promotes the good metabolism & energy boosts.Lemon which helps to stops the body from sugar absorbing fast & also helps in eliminate cravings which is helps to detox the body & helpful for weight loss.

    * Fiber-rich foods generally take longer to chew, meaning you'll eat more slowly and probably eat less. Fiber foods like fruits, whole grain, vegetables & green leafy vegetables.

    * Cardio exercise is more effective for weight loss. Do any cardio exercise for 45 mins in a day.

    * Eat 4-5 small meals , maintain meal timings & portion control.

    * Drink plenty of water in a day- 3 liter. Drink warm water after every meal.
