    @ Deepti

If you took ur weight after food or in the evening then it will show like that. See ur weight always in the empty.
Some of the tips for weight loss:
    * Drink warm water with lemon daily in the morning before doing ur exercise(30mins).
    * Plan a diet for 1200calories in a day. Plan for 5-6small meals with healthy snacks.
    * Take healthy snacks like buttermilk, low fat curd, high fiber biscuits, fruits, veg juices, steamed corn, steamed groundnut, steamed chana, brown breadS/W, etc.
    * INcrease ur walking or do some other cardio exercise like running, cycling, swimming, skipping, etc.
    * Take low fat milk & milk products. Avoid refined foods, bakery foods, fatty foods, junk foods, etc.
    * Maintain the portion control & meal timings
    * Drink plenty of water in a day.
    * Drink green tea instead of coffee or tea.
    * Use only 3tsp of oil in aday, very less sugar & less salt. .

Even am facing same kind of situation.

I'm 5'7" and was 64kgs 1 year back. I have started working on my weight to reduce when i reached 70kgs. The more i tried to reduce the more i gained and now am 75 :( This is really disgusting.

    My diet includes:
    Breakfast: Upma/2 Dosa/3 Idli/Brown Bread Sandwich/Egg white omlet sandwich
    Mid morning snacks: Black Tea/Papaya/Apple
Lunch: White/Brown Rice/2 Rotis, greens curry, cucumber and buttermilk
Evening: Black Tea and 2 multi grain biscuits
Dinner: Big bowl of Fruits and Butter milk/1 Roti and subzi
Oil usage is very minimal in my diet and with Tea i take half tea spoon on sugar.

I have tried all possible exercises (Yoga, Aerobics, Gym and currenly going for walk for 40 to 45 mins @ 5kmph) but none worked out.

Have got my Thyroid checked and everything is normal.

Still i could not get the reason for my increasing weight. If for 3 days i dont work out and have full 3 meals in the day for sure i will put on weight by 1 kg, but when i take so much care of my diet and work out properly for 1 hour for how many ever days am not putting down. This has been the case from 1 yr.

Still i dint give up am trying to recude. Not sure when will i see some change.

    hi deepti,
i was 78 kgs in november last year, i lost 14 kgs,
so, u can say im a successful and experienced dieter by now.
i can share some walking practices.
u shud walk 30 minutes everyday, 1 hour BEFORE dinner.
also, keep varying ur walking, in terms of speed & time.
becoz body is smarter than us, the body gets used to what we r doing and stops responding.
also, dont reduce ur food intake, by doing so, body enters a state called KETOSIS.
u shud eat full portions, but the foods u eat shud be in "ALLOWED CATEGORY"

can u tell me ur current weight, and past 7 days diet pattern...
i will b able to help better

see, a diet plan can not be consistent....it needs to b changed every now and then.otherwise body stops responding
    anyways, some items are
    1 paneer sandwich+veg+salads,
Veg Dalia + Salads + curd,
2 toasted bread slice + milk (salt free dinner),
    1 bowl nutrella+veg+salads,
    250 gms Dhokla+veg+salads,
milk + 2 apples or fruits,
    Veg Sandwich (great breakfast option),
    Muesli + Milk,
yellow moong dal or green moong dal (2 bowls without roti) + veg + salads
