Insulin is a hormone which is produced in the pancreas with the primary function of converting the foods in to the energy. It helps in the transport of glucose to our muscles, fat and liver cells through blood stream. However, during PCOS, this function tends to get impaired , greater risk for heart diseases, obesity, diabetes and infertility.
Dietary tips :
1.Try to select lower glycemic index foods such as whole grains (jowar, bajra, whole wheat, green vegetables, etc) as they will cause a slower rise in blood sugar levels. 2.Restrict simple carbs. 3. Include more of salads .4.limit foods high in saturated and trans-fats like whole milk and products, butter, red meat, fried foods, rich desserts, etc. 5. Drink plenty of water.
What u doing everything is fine .. But drink only warm water with lemon avoid honey , salt , sugar in the morning as wel as after dinner. continue fenugreek seeds . Include in btw healthy snacks this will maintains ur metabolism to helpful for wt lose .
