I am overweight gal. Its been two months have been taking fruits, veggies and lentils for weight loss. I had managed to loose weight but wanted to know about the right amount of nutrition required for the body.
I have cut down on sugar intake and also lessen the amount of salt. I am also indulged in physical activities. Plz suggest me apt diet plan. I am 23 yrs, 5.6 inched and weigh 64 kg
Its nice to see ur hard work. Continue what u doing now but maintain same portion control & maintain meal timings , eat small freq meal with healthy way of cooking snacks. Increase ur physical activity 45-60mins in a day & drink warm water with lemon in the morning & after every meal.
Plz suggest me what to eat and how much to eat during outings or when my taste buds tickle for something which are high in calories and fats. As completely shunning them and ignoring would reverberate in ugly manner. Though I now hardly eat anything fried or processed.
