I AM 151 KGS & WANT TO REDUCE WEIGHT I M JUST 21 :(

I REALLY WANT TO REDUCE WEIGHT & SOMETIMES I FEEL SO DEPRESSED BECAUSE I HAVE NO FRIENDS AND REALLY THINKS THAT WHEN & HOW I WILL ABLE TO REDUCE WEIGHT..GIVE ME SOME MOTIVATION GUYS

    @Bhavya....
    The good thing is....nw u have decided to manage ur weight....that is the begining of it....what i would recommend is....find a photo of urs before weight gain....below that write down all the things u use to do and nw u r not able to able to do with the same intensity.....then finally write ending with how the life would be if u were to do all those things....make a photo copies of these notes and photos of urs pasted in 4 to 5 prominent places where u can keep seeing it for urself....
    Go and tell everyone whom do u know that u r going to loose weight and become active.....some will pull u down and some will help u achieve that....both of them becomes motivating factor for u....let me know ur opinions and am willing share my experiences.....all the best.

    @Malik......thank you....u r most welcome....sharing my experiences.....my area of interest/hobby is fitness....i can do half marathon under 2 hours....i love running....since i remember about myself hv maintained my weight....sure am ready to extend my help in the area whatever i know.....all the very best.

    Hi Bhavya,
    To reduce fat you need to concentrate more on you cardio training exercises. Cardio training exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, skipping, etc. You need to do more these exercises atleast for some 45 min for better results possibly everyday or atleast 5/week. But studies have showed that doing cardio for more than 45 min would lead to go for muscle loss. So it is better that you indulge more of weight training exercises. Weight training exercises are like lunges, squats, push ups, pullover,etc. We need to do weight training exercises for atleast some 20 min, every alternate days. This type of exercise regime would help to burn more calories and thus would loose weight.
