To reduce fat you need to concentrate more on you cardio training exercises. Cardio training exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, skipping, etc. You need to do more these exercises atleast for some 45 min for better results possibly everyday or atleast 5/week. But studies have showed that doing cardio for more than 45 min would lead to go for muscle loss. So it is better that you indulge more of weight training exercises. Weight training exercises are like lunges, squats, push ups, pullover,etc. We need to do weight training exercises for atleast some 20 min, every alternate days. This type of exercise regime would help to burn more calories and thus would loose weight.
