Just change your eating habits & life style:
Eating habits : Start up with warm water with lemon (without sugar, salt, honey) Include more fibers foods like vegetables , fruits, Whole grain , green leafy.
Maintain portion control & Meal timings .
Drink plenty of water in a day
Use good fat for cooking like olive oil , rice bran oil , corn oil,safflower oil but moderate in usage(15ml =3teaspoon per day) .
Avoid junk, fatty foods.
Main important avoid eating out more & left over eating habits.
Life style :Exercise for 30- 45 mins per day (brisk walk , any cardio exercise).
Small changes like avoid watching television, using the Internet for long time.Do every day ,Adopt healthy lifestyle habits e.g. walk to the shops instead of driving, use the stairs rather than the elevator, walk to office colleagues instead of using the telephone, walk the dog.
