For healthy lose one should include well balanced diet with a lots of fibers foods, fat burning foods, meal timings should be maintained & portion control should maintain, Boost up ur metabolism to burn ur calories very fast. Choose healthy snacks, Drink green tea to increase ur metabolism, Drink warm water with lemon daily in th morning & also drink plenty of water in a day. Avoid refined foods, empty calories drinks, fatty foods.
