    How much weight you want to lose? In two months, you can lose around 7-8 pounds of weight in a healthy way, losing more than this may harm your health. Weight loss is a gradual process, with proper low caloric diet, regular exercises and active lifestyle you can certainly make a huge difference. Plan a weight loss program and set practical goals. Be consistent to your weight loss program for good result.

    I agree with above discussion. For healthy lose one should include well balanced diet with a lots of fibers foods, fat burning foods, meal timings should be maintained & portion control should maintain, Boost up ur metabolism to burn ur calories very fast. Choose healthy snacks, Drink green tea to increase ur metabolism, Drink warm water with lemon daily in th morning & also drink plenty of water in a day. Avoid refined foods, empty calories drinks, fatty foods.

    Your ideal weight is approximately 62kg which is a 22 BMI. However I am male I have a thick body my BMI is 30. If you had my body mass index you would be 84kg. And I am not overweight.

    Hey Swati,
    Ravish is right. You should not target more than 8 kgs of weight for 2 months. Loose weight with the help of regular exercises and taking less calories in a day. Cardio exercises are more useful to reduce your body fat percentage.
