    There are many ways through which you can lose weight fast without following any diet. If you follow a healthy lifestyle and include all the essential nutrients in your daily food, you need not even think of going on a diet. Eat breakfast every single day without missing out on it even once. This is the most important meal of the day, and this will help you eat lesser throughout the day. Eat more vegetables and fruits daily. Drink a lot of water, and brush your teeth after dinner so that you don't eat anything more. Opt for citrus juices, skimmed milk and water and avoid alcohol.

    Weight loss is mainly depends upon your diet, your metabolic rate and lifestyle. You can do exercise like GYM, Yoga or any physical activity where you can burn calories. Even if you are doing exercise, you need to keep a check on your diet. Otherwise, doing only exercise will not help you to give a better result.

    Hey Ruchi.... Strict diet is not necessary for weight loss just follow a healthy diet. Healthy diet and regular exercises are the key to healthy weight loss. You need to do exercises including more of cardio training exercises. Cardio activities includes exercises like brisk walking, jogging, running, skipping, swimming, etc. These all activities would work on to burn calories and thus reducing down your body weight. We need to do these activities for atleast 45 min for better results. Proper cardiovascular exercises should be combined with weight training in order to achieve maximum weight loss. Weight training increases the metabolism of the body which results in a higher calorie burn. Weight training also increases muscle strength and gives a good shape to the body. Floor exercises like squats, push-ups and lunges can also be incorporated in the overall exercise program to give an improved appearance to the body.
