Simple tips for weight loss:
* Eat more of fiber foods like fresh vegetables, green leafy vegetables, fruits, whole grains.
* Use whole wheat bread & multi grain bread instead of refined white bread.
* Drink green tea instead of coffee & whole milk tea.
* Drink plenty of water -2-3 liter in a day.
* Before start ur meal drink warm water to maintain ur appetite & this will helps you to eat less.
* Eat 4-5 small meals.
* Avoid fatty foods & junk foods.
* Whenever you feel hungry , eat low calories foods or healthy snacks.
Exercise is also one best way to reduce ur weight & helps to burn the calories. Do any kind of cardio exercise for 45mins in a day.
