    Weight loss is possible by regalutating your diet and including exercises in your daily routine.diet should be low in fats,simple carbohydrates like sugars,rice,starchy fruits -mango,chiku,litchi,bananas,starchy veges-potato etc.salt consumption should be moderate.

    For weight loss you should follow a combination of a healthy and balanced diet along with exercise.Try to have short and frequent meals,include whole grain cereals,lots of fresh fruits and vegetables,skimmed milk and milk products.also drink plenty of water and about 45 minutes of exercise per day will give you good results.

    If you asking that, how to make weight loss? The following points are useful for weight loss:
    1.Eat a balanced diet with plenty of high-fiber foods, such as fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains, and nuts. Reduce consumption of high-calorie, nutrient-poor foods and beverages.
    2.Choose fat-free milk & low-fat dairy products.
    3. Use essential fatty acids for cooking - 3-4 tsp of oil per day.
    4. Restrict your salt intake(2-3gm per day) & reduce the sugar intake to 2-3tsp in a day.
    5. Limit the consumption of foods high in saturated fats and cholesterol, such as red meat, shellfish, and egg yolks but fish is good source of omega 3 & 6 eat for twice a week.
    6.Exercise regularly (at least 30 minutes a day) to maintain weight.
    7. Drink water at-least 8-12 glass per day
    8.If you drink alcohol,limit the consumption , instead of taking beer, whiskey go for red wine .
