    "There is no such way by which you can lose weight fastest but if you lose also by crash dieting you will gain it back,but you can slowly and steadily reduce weight and you can maintain it as well by doing some dietary changes like try to include foods rich in fibers like salads,fresh fruits,whole grain cereals and pulses,sprouts.
    also if you take lukewarm water with lemon and that too effects if taken regularly after every meal will help in weigh loss.lauki juice early in the morning also helps as it reduces hunger pangs.Also drink plenty of liquids which helps to flush out the harmful toxins from the body.Avoid fried,Junk processed food etc and do exercises at least for 30 minutes a day will help in proper weight loss.

    Hi Shikha,
    Doing lots of cardio exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, skipping, swimming, etc. help to reduce your body fat percentage while weight training exercises like lunges, squats, crunches, reverse crunches, etc would help to tone your body muscles and give your body more firmer look. Also, only exercises wont work much if you dosent keep a control on your diet. Control in a diet means that you need to have a healthy food and avoid any junk food in your daily routine. So, you need to have a combination of diet an exercises for weight loss.
