Basically u can use both methi leaves & seeds form for weight loss . It is rich in fiber , iron ,calcium , phosphorus & mineral , vitamins are very high in both the form (methi leaves & methi seeds). It is bitter in taste. Regular in take of methi seeds & methi leaves in your diet this will help you to reduces deposits of fat in your body & lowers the cholesterol and helps to reduces weight also.

    Hi

Aparupa is correct but without boil also you can have. Include in rice , dosa, idli, roti to improve the fiber & this will help you to reduce cholesterol in the blood. But nothing alone helping for weight loss. SO better go for balanced diet & exercise.
