I have the same problem and its so hard to get rid of. But if you are someone who is thing and has only small amounts of fat in the stomach then you can get rid of it easily. weighted stomach crunches work the best and you will be able to shape your stomach perfectly. This is not easy and initially you will feel like throwing up a lot. But, it works and in a matter of 2 months you will have a sculpted stomach.
