    Actually measurements are taken when we are doing weight loss exercises and working and shaping up your body.So when you loose inch wise we take measurements to see the progression. We basically take measurements at upper arm, chest, above level of navel ,at the level of navel. below the level of navel, upper thighs , lower leg. These measurements are taken at both side Review these readings every month.

    Try the following tricks to make weighting yourself a useful & helps to more positive experience.
    *Take weight in the morning before you eat or drink anything.
    *Take weight 15days once regular to maintain ur weight.
    *Use scale weight along with body fat percentage for a more accurate view of ur progress.
