That’s pretty simple. Most people find it easy to start off, but difficult to keep up with their commitments. This is the main problem. Firstly, you need to understand your body and decide what type of diet program is suitable for you. After that you have to decide the exercise regime that you are going to opt for. There are several exercises that you can opt and sports are also a good option. Choose carefully and make sure that is suitable for you. Set achievable goals and targets and plan your diet accordingly. That’s about it, hope it helps. Cheers

To start weight loss first of cut down all the oily, junk, fatty foods which are the hazards in weight loss. Then include all the healthier options like complex carbs like whole grain cereals, Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables,Take frequent meals,Do not skip any of the meals,Eat light dinners and drink plenty of water.
Hi Ritu, To start with your weight loss program concentrate on 3 main things: 1. Low caloric diet to cut down the calories loading, because excess of calories ultimately leads to obesity by converting it into FAT. 2. Start with regular exercises, just planning an exercises schedule is not enough you need to work on it and be consistent to it. Focus more on aerobic exercises because they help in burning more calories. 3. Live an active lifestyle. Avoid stress as it can alone be a major factor responsible for weight gain. Learn positive stress coping strategies, moderate your alcohol intake and quit smoking.

Hey Ritu.... To start weight loss you need to start with light to medium exercises like brisk walking, jogging, swimming, skipping, etc. These type of exercises would be a good start to weight loss programme. Also, take care in your diet as Priyanka has explained.
