I am sharing my diet chart with You.Can you suggest what changes i can do to speed up my Weight loss.
6.30AM - 2 Glass of warm water.One wid lemon and one Normal
7.30AM- 1 Cup Milk Tea wid Rusk/Digestive Busicuite.
9.00AM- Breakfast - Poha/Upma/Sandwitch/Sprouts
11AM- One Fruit
1.0PM- Lunch 2 Roti/1 Bowl Sabji/I Salad
4.00PM - One Fruit
6.0PM - Tea+Digestive Busisciut
9.00PM- Dinner - 2 Roti+Sabji+Salad
