PCOD is a metabolic disorder in which excessive weight gain can occur. Below are few tips which will help you to reduce weight.
    1) A healthy diet containing unrefined foods is the best way to loose weight. It also decreases insulin resistance.
    2) Avoid refined carbohydrates like sugars, white flour, sugary drinks, potatoes etc. These are high glycemic foods & increase blood sugar quickly. Instead, choose whole grain products.
    3) Include plenty of fresh fruits & vegetables as they add bulk to the diet which help in weight loss.
    4) Drink plenty of fluids in the form of plain water, vegetable soups, lemon water, coconut water in between the meals to prevent hunger pangs.
    5) Exercise regularly.
