    Have High fiber cereals like oats, wheat flakes,poha, brown rice and wheat bran ata. Have early and light dinners like soups,salad and grilled or baked vegetables.

    Without exercise you cannot loss weight , you can lose but it is not more effective than the combination of diet & exercise. Exercise plays an important role in weight loss. It improves the metabolism, circulation, gives good digestion which helps to fast burn the calories.
