    Watch out your diet, exercise and lifestyle pattern. Change your diet like have concentrate more fruits and vegetables and high fiber cereal grains etc. Increase your water intake, avoid junk food stuffs. A brisk walk of 30-40 mins, or any physical activity like household work. Try to have early and light dinners,avoid stress.

    Hi Swati,
    To reduce gaining weight you need to take care of your regular exercises and healthy diet. Healthy diet dosent include any crash diet but you need to look into the calorie counts in your food. And regular exercises include more of cardio training exercises and weight training exercises. Cardio training exercises includes more of running, jogging, brisk walking, swimming, etc. Cardio exercises would help to reduce body fat percentage and weight training exercises would help to tone your body muscles. This type of plan would help to reduce your body weight in a healthier way.
