Reducing weight seems to be an obsession. Firstly, consider how you put on weight and then you will be able to find the proper solution for reducing. If you ate too much junk food like pizzas or burgers then you need to cut down on this. You body has probably stored away all the excess fat from the cheese and meat. If this is the reason then you should take the required steps to control yourself from indulging this type of food. if you can do that, then half your problem is solved.
