How to reduce weight for who work in night shift?

    To lose weight for night shift worker is a bit difficult but not impossible.For that you should follow some tips given as follows-
    * Take healthy and balanced diet which includes whole gain cereals,Simple sugars,low fat or unsaturated fats.Avoid refined cereals.Also take short and frequent meals which will help you to increase your metabolism and you will not tend to eat more in your following next meal.
    * Try to carry healthy snacks with you,which will help you in avoiding the unhealthy foods from fast food restaurants.You can carry fruits,fiber biscuits,Bhel,roasted chana,roasted moong dal,Brown bread s/w etc.
    * Try to take light meals during the day time before sleeping.
    * Drink plenty of water during the shifts which will help you to be hydrated.Avoid caffeinated drinks like coffee and tea,Instead of having these you can have green tea,lime water,Buttermilk etc
    * Also take few minutes of break after every half hour and try to do some exercises like stretching,take walk etc will help.
    * After shift try to sleep at least for 6-8 hrs.
    All this tis will help you to maintain your weight in night shifts
