In a week you can target weight loss around 300 to 500gms. Have high fiber cereals, more of whole fruits and avoid junk and take your dinner early and light. Increase your water intake.

Hi Ruchi, Generally, it is advisable that you reduce not more than 1- 2 kgs at the end of a week. This type of weight loss would be more healthier and better. Reduce your weight by doing more of cardio exercises and weight training exercises.
