How to reduce weight for men?

    How much weight? I know it may sound repetitive but apart from a good diet and constant physical activity I can think of any other good way to reduce weight. Consider getting some gym equipment for your house. This way you will be able to work out from the comfort of your home. Treadmills are relatively cheap and you can even a second hand one. Run for about 2 hours a day, this is not easy of course, but it has to be done. My guess it would take about 3 or 4 months of regular activity to lose good amount of weight.

    Hi Neha,
    To reduce weight for men you need to do more of cardio exercises to reduce your body fat percentage. Cardio exercises are like running, jogging, brisk walking, etc. We need to do these exercises for more than 45 min for better results. Also, include some weight training exercises so as to tone your body muscles and help improving BMR.
