    @ Reema

    It is good to see ur effort for ur weight loss. Basically if you change ur diet pattern or exercise , some time i'll help you to lose ur weight. Try to include more of whole cereals or grain in breakfast, take different types of roti or include dalia or brown rice or broken with sabji+veg salad+etc. Drink plenty of fluid in any form like buttermilk or water(2-3liter in a day), soups, tender coconut water. Sleep well for 7-8 hrs in a day. Try to take green tea instead of black tea.

    @Lifemojo expert
    Hi, I know this is an old thread, im a new member here and I found your suggestion on calculating BMR+Calorie burned very informative. But I have a question. I am tracking my diet daily on lifemojo and when I sum up my BMR (1717) with calorie burned (500-700 daily) I have found out that I burn 1000 calories excess of what I eat. According to the calculations, I am burning a minimum of 1000 calories daily, but I have not reduced any weight. 12 days ago I was 89KG and I am still 89KG, in fact, this morning my weight was shown to be 90kg.
    I am not eating any junk food, fried stuff, I have brown sugar instead of white sugar, I have bran bread instead of white, I eat small meals/snacks after 2-3 hours and drink at least 6-7 glasses of water and exercise regularly. Still I am not getting any weight loss and it is confusing me as to why I am not getting any result. I have had my blood tests checked and there is no thyroid problem or any hormonal problem.
    Please help.

    hi lifemojo..your article was interesting and useful but am slightly confused.My BMR is 1394 +calorie required by body to do day to day activity is 767 and this totals to 2161cal.I usually consume 1000- 1100 cal diet daily following the lifemojo calorie intake chart.2161-1100 is 1061.I am not clear as to What this indicates .Your suggestion would be helpful since i have just lost 1 kg in 20 days.
